As if we didn't see this coming, Cisco is suing Apple for the name "iPhone". I'm not sure what the law states, but Apple's argument seems pretty weak. Yet, they insist that they will win. Lately anybody has been throwing "i" in front of anything to sell it. I think Apple should be allowed to use it, mainly because their entire product line has been using "i" terms and popularized it.
