Rep: My landlord is selling my apartment building. 
Now I have no clue who my new landlord will be as it's going on the listings today, and I'm worried that any new landlord might decide to raise the rent!
It's too bad my company and/or myself doesn't have enough money to buy it. It would be a nice piece of property for my company to acquire (not the first time I've said it about places that are for sale that are rental buildings), but without the cash, that's hopeless, even though it would provide much stress relief for me in the long run!
