<p>These new USB 3.0 armored cables feature premium USB 3.0 cable covered by a crush-resistant armor made of <a href="http://www.l-com.com/usb-metal-armored-usb-cables-type-a-a-male-revision-30-compliant" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">stainless steel</a> or <a href="http://www.l-com.com/usb-plastic-armored-usb-cables-type-a-a-connectors-revision-30-compliant" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">PVC</a>. They provide protection in applications where standard cables would be damaged from excessive force or impact. </p>
<p>The stainless steel armor provides 1,500 PSI of crush resistance, and the PVC armored cables deliver 800 PSI of crush resistance. Additionally, these armored cables boast <span class="xn-money">24 AWG</span> USB power leads for maximum power transfer and a foil/braid shield for maximum protection against EMI/RFI. </p>
<p>The cables are available in off-the-shelf lengths of 0.3, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 meters and feature Type-A to Type-A or Type-A to Type-B USB 3.0 connectors. </p>
